Positively Achieving Success

How often have you felt that the team you manage needs motivating?
How Often have you felt that you yourself need motivating?

This one day workshop examines aspects of developing positive attitudes towards achieving success, both as a team and as an individual.

Participants will gain an incite into the reasons why an individual and team become de-motivated and once recognised, a toolkit for re-energising and re-focussing, in terms of our goals and targets.

One of the crucial factors in determining success, in times of change, is to gain the team's/individual's commitment to that change. Within this one-day workshop, how to effectively manage the change will be examined.

Aims & Objectives
Participants will gain a basic grounding in:

  • Reasons for not achieving success (team and individual level)
  • Methods to achieve positive attitudes to success
  • Management of change whilst positively achieving a successful outcome
  • What to "look for", in the team/individual in order to avoid dropping energy levels and low success rates.

Learning Environment This workshop will encourage a stimulating and creative environment in which individuals' input is acknowledged and praised. It is also one where innovative ideas flourish and provide competitive advantage.
