Creative Problem Solving

Aims and Objectives
To equip participants with the skills to:

  • Encourage a creative environment
  • Create an effective problem-solving team
  • Follow an integrated approach to problem solving from definitions of problems through to implementing a solution

Strategies

Participants will be introduced to several straight forward strategies they will be able to use immediately on returning to their organisations: Ishikawa Fishbone diagram; Force Field Analysis; Creative Brainstorming. Participants will try out these strategies on a problem of their choosing and learn how to implement their solution.
