This course will explore one of the key components these people use: Choice of language

Aims and Objectives
To give participants a grounding in:

  • Awareness of the difference between positive and negative language
  • Awareness of discounting/minimising language
  • Use of body language in expression
  • The power of silence
  • Full engagement with other people (group and individual levels)

Learning Style
The workshop will be composed of a blend of theory and practical work, discussions and presentations. It will be highly participative and fun in its nature.
