Why the
VSTU's approach is special
It is the VSTU's
aim to meet our clients needs through the highest quality
training. This award is unique for whilst complying with City
& Guilds assessment criteria for Adult Teaching, the VSTU
promotes the need of the Voluntary Sector and Training in the
1990's. The course is adapted to:
- Relate course
content to voluntary sector ethos.
- Relate course
content to National Training Initiatives, not just for
Further Education Philosophy.
- Relate course
content to "real-world facilitation" (A model
by P Clements and T Spinks), not just traditional
classroom teaching.
