Practical Book-Keeping and Accounts

A course that enables participants to steer their organisations through the financial jungle, aimed at anyone interested in acquiring skills in manual book-keeping. Participants will gain an understanding of how to keep accurate financial records and the fundamental principles of financial accounting common to all organisations. The course explains the principles of accounting and enables participants to develop their skills through practical work.

Prior knowledge of book-keeping is not required. The course will take participants from a basic level to the position of being able to gain a NVQ level 2 qualification from RSA or Pitmans.
