Stephen Wallington has been involved in the Voluntary Sector since 1971 as worker, management committee member, and consultant/trainer. He has worked in Cleveland since 1986 as a Community Programme Agency Manager, Co-ordinator of a partnership project with the Private Sector and as a Management Trainer to the Voluntary Sector.
