An Introduction to Windows 95

You will learn about the following:
Start and shut down Windows 95.

Click, double-click, right-click and drag with the mouse.

Use the Start button to open the Start menu and subsequent menus.

Minimise, maximise, restore, close and resize windows.

Use the Taskbar and the Windows Desktop.

Use the menus, toolbar buttons and short cut key combinations.

Open and close folders; create new folders

Use Windows Explorer (the new version of File Manager).

Installing a program.

Working with menus, toolbars and folders.

Using command buttons, lists, options and other features commonly found in Windows and Windows application programs. Working with windows, including changing their size and position.

Working with documents, including loading, saving and printing a document and selecting and formatting text.

Removing a program from your computer.
