What is PowerPoint?
PowerPoint is a presentation graphics program. You can use it to prepare all sorts of presentation materials including OHP Acetates, paper, 35mm slide and on-screen presentations. You can easily mix backgrounds, pictures and text to produce professional-looking results. You can combine slides, handouts, speaker notes and outlines to produce a complete presentation, with supporting materials for the speaker and the audience. You can even preview your presentation and time it to see how long it takes.

  • Run your presentation.

  • Print your presentation; create audience handouts.

  • Use the Pack and go wizard to package your presentation on to diskette(s); retrieve the presentation from diskette, to perform the presentation on another computer.
